California College of the Arts welcomes non-CCA affiliated events at the Blattner Multi-Purpose Room located inside of Blattner Hall. The Blattner Multi-Purpose Room is located inside of Blattner Hall, situated in the sunny Potrero Hill neighborhood. Built in 2018, Blattner Residence Hall features modern amenities and is flooded with natural light. The 2,200 sqft, first floor Multi-Purpose Room features full-length, operable garage doors, two light-filled courtyards, and a full prep kitchen. CCA's Blattner Hall has also achieved a GreenPoint rating of Platinum, reinforcing CCA's commitment to providing sustainable spaces for students, faculty, staff, and community members alike to enjoy.

• Full use of the 2,200 sqft MPR + 300 sqft of courtyard space
• 4 Hours of Event Time + 1 Hour of Setup Time + 1 Hour of Breakdown Time
• 100 folding chairs (upon request)
• 22 folding tables (upon request)
• 85” LED Sony Smart TV (4 HDMI Ports, 3 USB Ports) with built-in audio
• Roku Express remote and TV
• Portable Anchor Beacon AV (upon request)

CCA offers comprehensive food and beverage catering options to groups through our exclusive, on-site caterer, Bon Appétit. To view Bon Appétit’s catering menu, use this link. All catering orders must be placed 7 days in advance of your event via the Bon Appétit Catertrax website.

• Additional Time: $300/hour
• Client is responsible for event setup and breakdown
• Client is responsible for any additional party/event rentals necessary for the event setup
• Client is responsible for organizing external vendors and providing CCA with a vendor list 7 days in advance of the event
• COI Required for Licensees
• Client is required to provide event planner contact (can be self-run)
